Terms of service

By creating an account or using nowyouseeme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use nowyouseeme. Creators offering paid memberships must be at least 18.

By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You retain full ownership of the content you post. You grant nowyouseeme a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute your content as required to operate the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you upload.

Members pay creators a recurring subscription. nowyouseeme charges a flat 8% platform fee, and Stripe applies its standard processing fees.

Payouts are sent weekly via Stripe Connect. See the Help Center for full payout details.

Refunds are available within 14 days of payment. Chargebacks are deducted from the creator's next payout.

You may not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or violates someone else's intellectual property.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the service, or use it to send spam.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nowyouseeme is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
