How we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
nowyouseeme Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through the service. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@nowyouseeme.app.
Contract: processing necessary to provide you with the service you signed up for (e.g. delivering posts, processing membership payments).
Legitimate interests: keeping the platform safe, preventing fraud and improving the product.
Consent: optional analytics and marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Notifications.
Legal obligation: keeping payment records for tax and accounting purposes.
Most rights can be exercised directly from Settings: edit your profile, export your data, or delete your account.
For anything else, email dpo@nowyouseeme.app. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area. When we transfer data, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure equivalent protection.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logs and regular security reviews.
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to risk your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform you without undue delay.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you can lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. You can find a list at edpb.europa.eu.
