Your privacy, in plain words

nowyouseeme is a creator platform that helps independent creators build memberships and share content with their community. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our apps and websites.

We try to keep this document short and readable. If anything is unclear, contact us at privacy@nowyouseeme.app.

Account information: name, username, email address, password hash, profile photo and bio.

Payment information: handled by our payment processor Stripe. We never store full card numbers or bank account details on our servers — only a Stripe customer ID and the last four digits of your card for display.

Content: posts, comments, messages, uploaded media and any metadata you attach to them.

Usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs and basic interaction events that help us improve the product.

To provide and operate the service: authenticate you, deliver posts, process membership payments and send notifications you enabled.

To improve the product: aggregate analytics, debugging crash reports and understanding which features are used.

To keep the platform safe: detect fraud, abuse, spam and violations of our Community Guidelines.

We never sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Service providers: Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting), Sentry (error tracking), Resend (transactional email), and analytics providers under strict data processing agreements.

Legal requirements: when we are legally required to disclose information by a valid court order or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Public profile data (name, username, profile photo, public posts) is visible to anyone who visits your profile.

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).

Backup snapshots are rotated within 90 days.

You can access, correct or delete your personal data at any time from Settings → Edit profile and Settings → Delete account.
